POLICY

  1. General


Go Learn Pods is committed to providing exceptional academic services. We understand that students may have extenuating circumstances where they are unable to continue in their pods.

There are new guidelines so please take a look at the cancellation policy so that you understand GLP guidelines.

2.      Full Payment


Registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be made online or in person no later than the 2 weeks prior to the start of 1st pod session.

An online communication email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment.  The email serves as confirmation of your registration.



3.      Cancellation Request


Single Semester Cancellation Guidelines (Students who are registered for one semester)


Refund requests made by any member(s) of the pod between the 1st - 3rd pod sessions are subject to a cancellation penalty of 25% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.


Refund requests made by any member(s) of the pod between the 4th - 5th pod sessions are subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.


NO REFUNDS or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 6th pod session.

Full Year Cancellation Guidelines


Refund requests for families who register for Full year pods will follow the cancellation guidelines as outlined below.


Fall Semester: September - June

Refund requests made by any member(s) of the pod between the 1st - 3rd pod sessions are subject to a cancellation penalty of 25% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.

Refund requests made by any member(s) of the pod between the 4th - 5th pod sessions are subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.


NO REFUNDS or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 6th pod session.


Spring Semester: January - May

Refund requests made by any member(s) of the pod between the 1st - 3rd pod sessions are subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total Pod tuition responsibility of each member requesting a refund.


NO REFUNDS or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 4th pod session of the Spring Semester.


Absence Policy


Please be advised that any student(s) that are unable to attend for any reason including quarantine due to Covid-19 may join class sessions via zoom. No refunds or credit adjustments will be made.


CREDIT EXCEPTION: You will receive a credit for a class session in the event that the pod teacher is unable to conduct class.
